Sentencing Mormons.

BLACKFOOT, Idaho, May 26.—In the Third district court Tuesday Chief Justice Hayes sentenced twenty-seven prisoners, convicted this term, all being Mormons except two. The sentences ranged from three months and $100 fine to twelve months and $300. All one year prisoners are to be sent to the House of Correction at Detroit. There are 145 indictments drawn for unlawful cohabitation at this term of court. All the persons involved except one, have refused to recognize the law in future.
