Surrender of Mrs Gilmour.—The first surrender under the tenth article of the treaty of Washington, has been made by the U. S. Marshal in surrendering Christina Cockran alias Gilmour to the custody of Captain McKay, the Scotch Police officer, on board the packet ship Liverpool, who was sent here to identify and conduct her back for trial.
