Criminal proceedings against those charged with being concerned with the corruptions and frauds in New York, will soon be instituted in some one of the New York courts, under the direction of Charles O'Conor and Wm. H. Evarts. Tweed will probably be the first prosecuted. It is rumored that indictments were found by the Grand Jury yesterday.
