This Is A Strange One But Wonders Will Never Cease

Albany, N. Y.-(AP)-A clucking Plymouth Rock hen, William Matz disclosed today,provides "night relief" for his police dog which recently gave birth to six pups.
Promptly at sundown, Matz says, the dog, apparently tired, relinquishes the puppies to the hen Biddy struts from the henhouse to the doghouse and while the dog curls up for a good sleep, the hen assembles the pups under her wings and watches them carefully throughout the night.
