Baltimore And Ohio Rail Road. The Baltimore American informs that the directors are devoting their special attention to the completion of the sections of the road now under contract, which will become productive as soon as completed. It is anticipated that the first sections of the road will be completed before the installment now called in becomes payable, viz. the 1st of Nov. next.
