On Radio At 9:30
President Roosevelt will deliver a "fireside chat" on "preparedness" to the American nation tonight from 9:30 to 10 o'clock, Atlanta time. All four Atlanta radio stations, WGST, WSB, WATL and WAGA, will carry the President's speech. Mr. Roosevelt disclosed Saturday that he is planning a master coordinating group to help enlist the full force of the nation in his defense program.
